Cascioni Estate is a fertile plain with rolling hills, full of wild blooms and well-ordered rows of plants. A haven nourished by a stream that lingers here - growing wider at the Saloni pond, part of a vast natural preserve - before slowly making its way down to the sea.
The retreat reinterprets the stazzo, the characteristic peasant dwelling of Gallura, declining that rural architecture in an intimate and reserved hospitality. In the central house, the reception and the restaurant reside, with the stone fireplace and a large loft; in the porch, the lounge bar overlooks the lawn and the panoramic swimming pool; behind this is the working and steaming kitchens; below, is the cellar: a cosy environment, smelling of oak, dedicated to the tastings; next to it, the wellness centre, with the heated swimming pool, the sauna, the special herbal teas and the natural beauty treatments. A few steps away, through the courtyard or the olive grove, lies the Suites.
There are just 15 suites: 10 Deluxe Pool Suites and 5 Prestige Pool Suites. Each with its own porch, a private garden, an airy living room, comfortable bedroom and a heated swimming pool with a view of either the countryside or sea.
Only natural materials are used to furnish the rooms, such as delicate handmade terracotta, with textured carpets and soft textiles like cotton and linen, it's ideal for walking barefoot!
Casconi’s chefs are attentive custodians of Sardinian culinary traditions and of an entirely natural cuisine derived from the finest local ingredients. Many of the delicacies that come to the table come from the estate or that of the nearby sister hotel. The products of the large vegetable garden, first of all, and those of the orchard, are used in every season for the most exquisite jams! The olives, grown in a natural way, after the cold pressing in the mill of Cascioni give a very fragrant extra virgin olive oil. You can even have the chefs prepare what guests collect from walks in the estate!
Dine in restaurant Ulia, surrounded by the silvery foliage of olive trees, wrapped in the delicate scents of wild herbs, the restaurant overlooks the greenery of the garden next to the swimming pool.
Indulge in a relaxing massage with essential oils from Sardinia at the Mediterranean Spa, or revel in the scent of a Mediterranean scrub in their sauna. Let the fatigue from a day at the beach slip away, keeping only vivid memories alive.

Your Location at a Glance
Cascioni is located right in the centre of a very special place: To our north is the Gulf of Arzachena, which gives the estate its marine border; to the east is Porto Cervo, about fifteen minutes away to the south is the village of San Pantaleo, framed by lush vegetation and monumental granite; to the west lie archaeological parks and the Gallura region, Saloni. A natural environment still miraculously intact in which to venture among reeds, rushes and tamarisk to discover the countless species that nest or transit periodically on migratory routes. A show that is offered every year, to be caught from the loopholes of the hut reserved for birdwatching.
