Masseria Dei Trulli is a unique self-catering villa, or masseria, with quality apartments and a stunning pool in the countryside of Cisternino in Puglia.

About 2km from Cisternino, in an elevated position, the agritourism Masseria Dei Trulli is quite spectacular. On a hill, it dominates the landscape. Yet, from within its grounds, bordered by high and sturdy dry stone walls, it is utterly private, seemingly a little world of its own. In fact, Masseria Dei Trulli is also kept quite separate from the owners’ working farm, which has been in the family for generations.

The five apartments at the family friendly Masseria Dei Trulli are of tasteful good quality and there is so much stone and trullo, that they feel solid and cosy. Country furniture of wood and wrought iron fits in perfectly with the character of traditional trullo architecture. Each apartment has its own charming outside space, perfect for dining alfresco.

Masseria Dei Trulli’s pool is utterly delightful and, for so few apartments, it feels like quite a luxury. Pretty gardens and terraces for sunbathing around the pool complete the idyllic picture.

Guests self-cater, but breakfast is included at the Masseria Dei Trulli for our Long Travel clients. The ever-smiling owner believes in great hospitality and her breakfasts are an example of that – typical local delicacies to tempt you, a perfect start to the day and a great way to get to know everyone.
