The menu is based on local and Mediterranean specialities and the wine selection collects refined brands of wines and champagne from the regions of Italy and abroad, to bring out the flavours of the dishes. The elements of the Sicilian tradition, the organic local products, and the Slow Food philosophy, reinvented by the chef, will let guests taste the authentic Sicilian flavours. Breakfast includes homemade bread, traditional sweets, regional cheeses and cold cuts, natural yoghurt and ricotta, served with homemade marmalades, jams, fresh fruit and juices, all from the orchard.
