Welcome to Masseria Fontanelle, a timeless haven in Salento, Puglia. This historic farmhouse, built between the 17th and 18th centuries, seamlessly blends tradition and innovation for an authentic Salento experience.

Nestled in the Ugento Nature Park, the tranquil retreat offers a complimentary shuttle to the nearby crystal clear sea and white sand beaches that gave the region name "Maldives of Italy". Each room provides independent access, air conditioning, and minibars, accommodating a maximum of two people (except for three Junior Suites).

Le Serre Restaurant showcases slow-cooked Salento tradition, while the Pool Bar offers a laid-back atmosphere with Salento sea views. The Private Spa, set in a natural cave, beckons for wellness indulgence.

The Half Board includes:

LE SERRE RESTAURANT Le Serre Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. Its all-glass architecture overlooks the delightful central courtyard, deep inside the greenery of the Mediterranean shrub typical of the Salento coast.

The cuisine is the "slow" one of the Salento tradition, whereas the service is "express" as appreciated by our guests. The buffet of fresh fruit and desserts complete the evening offer, as well as our selection of the best wines, local and otherwise (extra charge).

Pool Bar A touch of background music, comfortable sofas, armchairs, loungers, and cabanas by the pool for moments of pure relaxation overlooking the sea of Salento. An informal lounge bar where to sip a romantic aperitif while admiring the magical embroidery of the olive trees at sunset or indulge in a pleasant lunch break.

SANCTUARIUM PRIVATE SPA Housed in a large natural cave that served as a water cistern to the convent, the Charming Spa is a magical and unique place where to relax after a day at the beach.

The new emotional showers, the Turkish bath, the sauna, the massage area, the Kneipp path and the outdoor relaxation pool with hydrotherapy complete the offer of our Wellness Centre. The range of massages and beauty treatments is wide and varied; a perfect combination of the use of natural essences and the regenerating harmony of rituals, for a range of unique treatments aimed primarily at combating the stress and tensions of everyday life.

The Wellness tour in the Sanctuarium Private Spa (Finnish sauna, emotional showers, hammam, jacuzzi) is included in the rates, at fixed times and upon reservation.
