Begin your journey by boarding the morning Eurostar service from London to Paris Gare du Nord. Upon arrival at Paris Gare de l'Est, step into the beautifully adorned carriages of the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express.

Relax and settle into your cosy private cabin before indulging in a lavish dinner served in one of the opulent dining cars. Afterwards, unwind in the elegant bar car, savouring expertly crafted cocktails while our talented pianist entertains you with your favourite tunes on the baby grand piano. Finally, when you're ready, retreat to the luxury and comfort of your private suite or cabin for the night.

Day 2 - A fresh start beckons.

You wake up to the splendid mountains and countryside of France, greeted by breakfast served in your cabin. Enjoy a leisurely morning indulging in petit fours or engaging in lively conversations with fellow passengers in the Bar Car. Later, savour a delightful three-course lunch in one of our luxurious restaurant cars. As the afternoon unfolds, soak in the beauty of the Venetian Lagoon with aperitifs in hand. Alas, the time to disembark approaches as we arrive at Santa Lucia station.

You will then be transferred to your hotel, we suggest the Hotel Sina Centurian Palace, however the hotel can be any of your choice.

Day 3 - Your new city is to be explored.

On day three of your holiday in Venice, immerse yourself in the enchanting labyrinth of the city's streets, canals, and piazzas. As you navigate the narrow alleys and bridges, you'll discover the timeless charm of Venice, where every corner unveils a new marvel. Lose yourself in the grandeur of St. Mark's Square, where the iconic basilica stands as a testament to Venetian opulence and history. Wander through the bustling markets of Rialto, where the scent of fresh seafood mingles with the lively chatter of locals and visitors alike. HISTORIC CABINS

Take in Europe from the romantic setting it deserves with your own private historic twin cabin. Banquette seating offers the perfect vantage point to watch the landscape by day, while convertible sleeping berths — with soft, luxurious bedding — transform the cabin into an intimate retreat by night. Morning breakfast can even be served to your bed, should you desire.

SUITES

Each of the suites is inspired by a fusion of the landscape our train travels through and design from the Art Deco period.

Each will immerse guests in diverse European scenery through glorious colours, patterns and textures. Plush fabrics and furnishings channel famed Art Deco designers, such as Dufrene and Lalique.

These reimagined suites were fully restored by expert craftsmen in France, and complement the existing Grand Suites and Historic Twins that make up our sumptuous onboard experience.
